Meeting new people and building relationships requires some sort of next step. Whether that be a follow-up phone call, checking in on a friend, setting a meeting, or advocating for yourself. As we navigate life we are entering into simple agreements such as RSVPing for a friend’s party AND showing up, and more complex agreements with family, business partners, colleagues, and customers. And then there are those agreements we make with ourselves. Listen in to hear “Your Tribe’s” insight and experience in navigating agreements. How agreements create the stepping blocks for “getting things done,” a foundation for collaboration and a sense of freedom. A new chapter means one is in the past. A time of celebration for what is to come and mourning for what is being left behind. To grow, create experiences and live day by day involves change. Whether you are someone who seeks it out or works hard to avoid it, change is inevitable. The process of a caterpillar morphing into a butterfly is a painful process. So, like the butterfly, there is discomfort as we move through transition, but the journey is necessary to arrive at the destination. COVID, relationships, career shifts, and changing personal and professional roles are just a few of the transitions we grow through daily. Listen in to hear “Your Tribe’s” experiences in growing through change. Letting go and creating space is what allows opportunities, relationships, and yourself to grow into their full potential.
