Meeting new people and building relationships requires some sort of next step. Whether that be a follow-up phone call, checking in on a friend, setting a meeting, or advocating for yourself. As we navigate life we are entering into simple agreements such as RSVPing for a friend’s party AND showing up, and more complex agreements with family, business partners, colleagues, and customers. And then there are those agreements we make with ourselves.
